In good condition although the metal does have discolored spots concurrent with age. Back is stamped Sommer's Pat 12-16-13Update: I contacted the Norwood, MA historical society and they were able to find an HL Wiggins that resided there during the 1920s and 1930s so that would have been the manufacturing period of this item.
