Comes opened in box with each his tags! , I had to open him up and oil his gears to make him work, but hes been fully put back together and works now! He does have the sleepy furby glitch where he goes to sleep immediately when you wake him but you can easily remedy this by holding his tongue down while shaking him upside down!
