My Mother in Law made, it is cotton and is a highly full top. There is bias tape to finish the edges and a smocked neckline. lovely Vintage material top, there is a lot of material so it could be cut up and used for a quilt or of course used as a top.
Measurements are:
Armpit to armpit approximately 24”
Down from neck to bottom of top approximately 22.5”
Around neck approximately 31”
Width of material at bottom of top approximately 43”
